TOEFL Preparation
All classes are integrated with Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) preparation.

Speaking and Listening
Students improve their communication skills through different listening and speaking strategies. They are exposed to a variety of level-appropriate audio clips, such as class discussions, radio interviews, and news broadcasts. They learn how to express their opinions, present arguments, and communicate effectively with others.
8:30 am – 10:00 am
Reading and Writing
Students will learn to read and understand academic texts, build their vocabulary, learn note-taking skills, and enhance their critical thinking skills. Throughout the program, they will learn how to write texts beginning with sentences and finishing with a research paper.
10:15 am – 11:45 pm
Grammar
Students will gain a functional use of grammar topics, such as verb tenses, articles, and conditionals. Classes are taught using a variety of activities to accommodate students with different types of learning styles so that each student can fully master each grammar point.
12:15 pm – 1:45 pm
PROFICIENCY LEVELS
Students start in the level they test into when they begin at Agape. At the end of the 9-week session, students must have a final grade of 70% or higher to advance to the next level in each class. Students can continue their studies until they have reached the level they desire. Upon completion of their studies, students receive a certificate to show the highest levels they completed.
