Transfer to Agape

If you are currently studying at another SEVP approved school in the U.S., you may apply to transfer to Agape. Here are the steps for transferring.

Step 1: Apply Online & Pay the $150 Application Fee

Fill out our online application here. At the end of the application, you will be prompted to pay the application fee.. You must pay the fee in order to complete your application.

Step 2: Submit your Documents

At the end of the application, you will have the opportunity to submit your documents. If you do not have your documents at that time, it is okay. You can submit them later. Here is a list of the documents needed.

  1. a copy of your passport data page
  2. a copy of your visa (and I-797 if you did a change of status)
  3. a copy of your I-94 – We can look this up with your permission if you do not have a copy.
  4. a copy of a bank statement showing that you have at least 5,495 USD for each 9-week session at Agape that you would like to study. It is helpful if you include the balance of your account in American dollars (USD).
  5. a sponsor letter – If a sponsor will be paying for all or part of your fees, we will need a sponsor letter from them. Please contact us at info@aeliusa.com for an example letter.

Step 3: Complete the Student Eligibility Form

Complete a copy of the student eligibility form. You will need to fill out the top part and then the international advisor at your current school will need to fill out the bottom part and send it back to Agape. Once we receive this form and find you eligible to transfer, we will send you and the advisor your acceptance letter.

Step 4: New Form I-20

Once your SEVIS record has been transferred to Agape, we will be able to issue you an initial form I-20.
